Experience
I have previous experience tutoring for a few tutoring companies in the Atlanta area such as Club Z!. Most of the students that I have assisted have been high school level and a few college level. My background is heavily in the sciences. I received a Bachelors of Arts in Biochemistry from Rollins College. As an undergraduate student I found majoring in Biochemistry to be very challenging but I stuck with it because it's something that really interest me. After I graduated I began working in an environmental lab performing ELISA's on dust samples. A couple of years later I decided that I wanted to go back to school for public health. So in 2008 I enrolled in Tulane's School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. I received a Masters of Science in Public Health in which my concentration was Parasitology. I'm greatly interested in the hosts immune response to malaria, schistosomiasis and other neglected tropical diseases. In addition, I am currently pursuing a certificate in teaching english as a second language (TESL).

Music, Movies and Research. Yes! I know the research part sounds a bit bland but I really get a kick out of finding out as much as I possibly can about a particular subject.
